Service Description

Sail therapy pairs hands-on sailing with one-on-one sessions from a licensed therapist. For veterans and anyone struggling with emotional regulation, it turns time on the water into real, usable skills — how to stay grounded, steady, and in control when life presents stormy weather.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule Consultations, please contact us within 24 hrs of the appointment. Sails require more time to cancel, 72 hrs. Sails may also be cancelled last minute due to inclimate weather but we try and avoid scheduling on rough seas. No one can be present when they are seasick :)
